My son did water therapy, it really helped him...just took regular classes at the local Fitness center...was in class with alot of "older people" but he really believes that it has helped him...they offer a few different types of classes at the center we belong to so he took the one that was to help with arthritis and also took one called water arobics. he was able to stretch easier in the water and said he felt like he got a "real work out"...(the interesting thing about the class was the instructor that he had also had an incomplete injury, from something crazy she had done when she was in college.) so she and Ben had something in common. If you have the chance i would sign up for a class. Good Luck I Hope it goes well for you.
