Food for thought, most likely meaningless but kind of wierd/cool/freaky/mind boggling/whatever... During one of those "sleepless through the night" episodes, when the mind goes whack n makes you do n think of stuff that belongs in dreams, I decided to try to figure out by what date I would have lived exactly, to the day & taking in account for leap years, half my life able bodied and half disabled. That date turned out to be 12-21-2012. Anyone fimilar with or who's heard of the ancient Mayan, Aztec, and Egyptian calanders will get it. Just kind of caught me by suprise. I dunno. Just something to throw at you. Makes me wonder sometimes. Whetever! Anyways....
(incase you don't know, I have a wierd, wandering, wonderous working mind...X 2 + SCI = Gemini Gone Awry!)

I'd have to live to be 98. I'm not sure I want to make that milestone.

It's OK. We won't tell Simon. He's cool about stuff anyway.
I screwed up on my post. Put down Oct 7, 08 - neat trick, huh? It was 04. (Gotta quit smokin' that stuff>)

Thanks for the clarification. Now that I voted, I can see the spread. Does anyone know their stats? Is there a statistically significantly worse month? Or is it all within the norm. September looks like a good month to stay in bed...
Although the incident that caused my head injury was in July, it's always late September and early October when I have my darkest days thinking about it.

To be thorough, it'd need to be not just which month is the commonest, but what injury tends to happen in what month: is July the most common in the US because of more holiday accidents like diving and drunk driving (I saw more DUI in the US than in any other country I've lived in), but for example, falls in the home are more common in winter months?

Gust of wind blew my motorcycle off the road, hit an embankment at 90km/h sending me into the air like a rag doll for 80 odd metres b4 coming to a rest.
