I have an unbearably itchy foot. I mean its so bad it makes me want to 'jump up' and rip my foot to shreds, its really awful. Its all over the sole of my left foot and from time to time I feel as if I need to pull my toes off just to get some relief! I did think it was a fungal infection so have tried antifungal stuff but this hasnt worked. I also have changes in my toe nails and the chiropodist noted that the skin felt different to her on the left foot to the right. My toes are also looking sore and I think they must be bunching up inside my shoes, its hard to tell. I alwasy wear very sensible shoes anyway.

any ideas or experience. I do have a Drs appointment next week lthough I feel a bit pathetic going with a bad foot.

cheers
L
