Police Assault A Quadriplegic In Ca.

Los Angeles court ruled in favor of a quadriplegic man in the amount of almost $80,000 for using excessive force. Not sure when the actual incident occurred but it does make me nervous of excessive force from other police departments. I think all police departments need to have specific training to avoid these type of problems with their officers. For more details read the story by fallowing the above link.

They could have searched him in his chair, simply.
I hope each are sued individually in civil court and lose everything.
