Hi.

Any advice would be great.

I have got loads of pain at the moment - i know the pain in my back and neck is probably muscle pain, but my legs feel like they are on fire. they are also really tight - no movement in muscles at all like the muscles have clamped together and won't go away.

I am going to have a massage on sunday so that may help that.

i am due at the drs on wednesday but i don't know what pain meds i can try now - i am allergic to all narcotics :) and so far the only thing that helps with my muscle pain in Naproxen.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Its just the pain is getting me down tonight and i am unable to do my job properly as well. spent most of evening sat in office which isn't what i am ment to be doing.

jane
