Does Anyone Know Of How Or What I Need To Do So That I Can Start A Disabilty Baseball Game For Kids?

I am trying to find information on what I need to know so that I can start a baseball league for disablity kids. Doesn't matter the disablity as long as long the kids can have a greta time playing a game. I saw on Extreme Makeover one night that a mother started a baseball league for her san as well as other disablity kids. So if you know of anything that can help me on starting this.
