Honda Rebate Warning

Just be warned, Honda claims a rebate program in the USA for mobility equipment, but they will only rebate if you use certain providers and they don't tell you this in their forms.

So if you happen to pick an installer, maybe one you have used for years, and they aren't on the "list" which when checking requires a minimum payment of over $500 to be included on this list they will refuse your rebate.

While thier rebate forms "suggest" using installers from this list they do not say they won''t pay if you don't. In my area (a major metro area of over a million people) only one installer is on the list and they don't sell the controls I have used for over 25 years.

If I had known I was gonna have to foot the bill for the hand controls in this Honda, I would have probably just gotten a Saturn like my last car...
