Back Support For Folding Chair ?

Does anyone know of back support that can be folded with a folding chair.

I currenlty have rigid chair with Jay Xtreme (sunrise medical), however due to medical reasons need to convet to a folding chair. I am aware of the Jay Active Back Support, however this needs to be removed from chair prior to folding.

Someone once told me that there was a Back Support that clipped off from one side and swung allowing the chair to be folded.

Any ideas and suggestions is greatly appreciated.
