hi, I have a recurring problem on the inside of my little toe. A little crater type hole (approx size 2mm). First time i had it a course of Batrabam ointment cleared it up. The second and third time i've had it, Pseudomonas has entered my bloodstream through it which then causes red blotches under the skin up my legs. They then give me a powerful course of antibiotics called Ciprofloxin which in turn make me feel very bad and kill any good bacteria in my stomach which leaves me vunrable to other illnesses. I just wondered if anybody has experienced this toe problem and if in fact has caught Pseudomonas through this or something similar. I check between my toes every morning and night and keep them throughly clean and dry so cannot understand why this keeps happening! Would appreciate any comments, help or advice.

Thanks
