Lately, my brother has had trouble sleeping due to a pain in his hands. he cannot move his hands but he has terrible pain that he descibes as feeling like his hand is in a tight fist. he cannot deal with the pain. he's been telling me lately that he wishes he could just die. He also refuses to talk to any therapist or counselor bc he says they cannot help him. i dont know what to do. please help

Welcome to the board kk.
Sorry to hear about your brother's hand hurting.
I know he appreciates your care.

I don't know the answer,
but there's some really smart people here that can help you.

May God give him some peace.
Some day we'll be in a better place without pain.

Post often.
God Bless~
