Ive just done it ..so ill let ya all know if i get my free light bulbs. :)

Thanks Essexscipilot for posting this. Incidently, I had to ring them though as although it would accept my details, the web form wouldn't submit. However, this may have been due to the fact that I use an apple and safari/firefox as opposed to Microsoft products etc. I did tell the call centre what I had experienced so maybe they will sort it...maybe not, lol..

Just filled in the form although having already had two boxes of free bulbs from two different sources I may not qualify if this is one of those under a different name. We'll see.

Thanks for the info on the 'freebies'. I applied for mine on the 16th November and they arrived today. :(

I applied for mine on the 15th Nov, and they arrived yesterday!

Yes thank you for the info, i now have energy savers all over the flat. Not sure why i got 6 though i got 2 small boxes one had 4 in the other had 2 in?

They were dishing out energy savers here in SA a year or so ago, not to save the planet, but to save the electricity provider who couldn't cope with the load.

At the time I was reminded of the immortal words of Spike Milligan (from Hitler, My Part In His Downfall) . . . "in the middle of the room was a globe, which when switched on made the room darker".
