I'm considering using a new non-opioid drug called Prialt (ziconotide) in my IT pump for pain management. It's only been approved by the FDA for use in the US 3 years ago, so I don't suppose a lot of you have had much experience with it yet. Still, I would like to see if there are any of you out there. Are you still on it? What have been your side effects (if any)? And finally, has your pain management improved with it from what your were using before?

thx
