Hi all,

January 2006, I went to SA for a holiday and stayed at the following place:

http://www.atuscanvi...commodation.php

It's the best disabled accomodation I came across while travelling. It was my first holiday where I could actually take a shower, go to the toilet, dress, etc... all by myself. The owners are really nice people that will assist you in any way possible. Highly recommended!

Bieke, good to hear that you enjoyed your holiday.
On Euro's you can live like a King/Queen in SA!
That B&B is just 5 minutes from where I live.

Take a look at http://www.disabledtravel.co.za

Plenty of accessable accommodation throughout SA, and if you click on "additional information" next to each place, you will see photos of their bathrooms and bedrooms. Pictures are worth more than a 1000 words!
