I dunno about that.

It's tough enough just trying not to spill any beer on my keyboard.

9:47 in the 1'rst Quarter, and GA is 7-0.

[update...]
Hawaii down more than 20 going into 1/2 time.

I used up all of my beer credits yesterday to where I have no taste for it now. That's too bad, really, because right now would be a good time pound down a few pitchers & get sloppy drunk.

SEC's got nothing to do with it.

UH has been down before only to come back to win the game.

The problem is that they play "Hawaiian Kine" game which seems to be an easy-going in the initial opening part of the game, followed by a second part where they actually form a plan and put themselves into the game with resolve.

It's not like they actually start out with a clear plan, and you can see it in the way they play.

As far as conference goes, there was an attempt to kick open the doors of the big name colleges several years ago. The result was only a token gesture to allow smaller (not as well funded, but not necessarily lesser team) colleges to participate among the big-money universities, but that's only after they jump through all the hoops.

UH was undefeated this year, so it was impossible for the SEC to shut them out.

Unfortunately, with the way this game is going, I think I'll go back to drinking hard liquor.

That game pissed me off. UGA was acting like a bunch of idiots. An i dont know why they would run up the score like that, maybe they were trying to show everyone they should be playing the championship game????? My hats off to HU, they had a great year an should be kicking more ass next year. :nono:

I dunno about that since June Jones was the guy responsible for the Timmy Chang fiasco, and is apparently content to let the Warriors practice under the affliction of Polonesian Foot-drag Syndrome.

UH made way too many mistakes in the game and IMO, that's what did them in. SOB's set THEMSELVES back 30 yards in the first few minutes they had possession. f*@ked up situation!

FYI:

This pub is a thread that I hope to see eventually opened into a forum (Bad words and all...).

I'm grateful for the people who are of a better disposition than I, though suffer from worse.

I would surely drop my piss & shit on the lamp where I lost my mobility after the auto crash.

Cheers to you, Simon, and people like you who can hold a happy face.

IMO, people like you are the hope for the future!

Good ol' congress at work....... We've got starving kids and vehicles that get 2mpg and burn fossil fuels for power....... But their worried about GOD DAMN second hand smoke in a tavern......

Dave,

I don't celebrate my condition.

I hate it with a passion.

This; however, does not mean that I cannot appreciate the disposition of those who do not share my perspective.

That was the motivation behind my post; to acknowledge a more tactful disposition than what we are allowed to display, here.

I can't say in other forums the vulgar things that I say here, in the Pub, (they would of course, be completely inappropriate, and probably scare some guests away). That's why I would like to see this thread become a forum, or maybe just moved to "Sex" forum where restricted viewing applies.

That would probably block saintly ol' Jim from reading all the bad stuff his parents never wanted him to hear about (whores, drugs, and all...).

Want to be able to use foul language, too.
Wouldn't that be cool?

Hey, it's a pub!

I'm sure it takes some doing, though. Server changes = cost, site-reformat & member's adjustment to new shit.

I'm sure it will be a while if ever, but it's nice to have a place like an online-pub where you don't have to measure your words or worry about bruising someone's delicate ego.

Cheers, to all of you pieces of shit.

Hi everyone

Anyone interested in talking about Rugby or motor racing I could even stretch to football if anyone else out there supports Spurs! I am a season ticket holder for Gloucester Rugby and spend every other saturday drinking too much in the club bar before giving the touch judge lots of grief from the sidelines. I also go all over Europe watching formula 1.

Hi Jules,

In the year before my accident, I travelled and filmed Formula 1, as I was a freelance video cameraman. I did the first half of the season, and a bit of F1 Bike racing as well.

I used to film pre-qualifying and qualifying in the pits, and then go on-track on race day. needless to say, it was a great job!

I still watch it on TV, but haven't been to a race for quite a while now.

Are you going to any races this year?

Regards

Simon

I've already booked up for Silverstone, we are sat at Woodcote corner, and hopefully going to Barcelona. Also going to the Goodwood Festival of speed.

I'd book a couple of extra days at Barcelona, as it's a great city, and plenty of places to visit.

I prefer NASCAR, but only at the fast tracks like Daytona & Talladega.

Football only seems to get my interest in championship games. I'm not a full season fan (fanatic).

Rugby doesn't seem to exist on my planet. The most I've seen, here, are highlight clips from games long past.

Now, I've gotta fetch out my knife, go in back to da pub kitchen and start chop-prep for bar appe-tezzers.

Here's how it starts...

*chop chop chop*

BTW, Dave,
