Merry Christmas and Happy New Year All!

I have written a book to help everyone whose lives are impacted by spinal cord injury. It is called A Complete Plain-English Guide to Living with a Spinal Cord Injury: Valuable Information From a Survivor.

It is a blend between a medical textbook (not so dry though) and a "my story." It is written to be picked up and put down in times of high stress, such as immediately after the injury by the family members. It has a resources section that corresponds to each chapter.

It is unique among spinal cord injury books because it discusses the physical and emotional aspects of a spinal cord injury. The book is useful for the newly injury or those who have been injured for a long time. I am a C3-7 incomplete originally injured in 1994 with subsequent deterioration in 2003 and 2005 to adjacent levels.

It is available on www.Amazon.co.uk and the other Amazon websites for European countries. The book has an international point of view.

If you would like to see the table of contents go to www.livingwithspinalcordinjury.com or a sample chapter go to www.carolynboyles.com.

Looks like a great book!

Lots of good stuff over 100 chapters & over 500 pgs.

I took a look around your site,
but couldn't read Chapter 1's excerpt.
The letters were too small.

You did a great job. {thumbs up}

Thanks for sharing.

:) Mona
