I'm an engineering student at Northwestern University designing a solution to donning swimming goggles for persons who cannot use their fingers funtionally. I was wondering if anyone here has had this problem and if they had any ideas as to what they would like to see in such a product. Thanks.

If your really interested spend alot of time with different Quads. Find out what the reality is, for a quad to put something on by themselves. Each person is different depending on injury..I know one Quad who can put his glasses on by himself. Good luck

I'm a c6 complete with no movement or feeling in my hands. I swim a lot and can get my goggles on just fine. I'm also totally blind, and can't see what I'm doing. I just hook my thumbs into the strap, line them up the right way by feeling them with my face, and pull the strap over my head. Then if they need to be tightened I hold the end of each strap between my wrists and pull.
