Thank you

I am new to SCI and this forum and I would like to thank each and everyone of you who take care of us and help us. I tell my wife everyday that she must feel like a mother helping a child with the basic stuff. I admire you and acknowledge you, because very few people would understand what you are going trough.

I salute you

It is nice to be appreciated. I have told my husband that appreciation goes a lot farther with me than just about anything. It really puts wind in my sails.

Thanks to all my caregivers and all the others out there. From my three year old granddaughter who massages my legs to my 12 year old grandson who still refuses to accept my condition and pushes me on. I don’t know what I would do without my husband. He does everything for me that I can’t do for myself and knows the difference.

That is great there are men like you who admit they need help and are very grateful for it!My husband feels the same way and lets me know it everyday! Not every person in a wheelchair can express their gratitude but those who can should!!It is always appreciated!!Thanks and have a great day!!:)

I as well want to thank all those who are caregivers. However for me I decided in the beginning to let my wife do it, when in fact I should have used outside help. It hurt my marriage for a while but now its all good. New comers should take a good hard look at that! With that said i wish to say "THANKS TO ALL THE NURSES, NURSES AIDES AND MOST OF ALL TO THE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO HELP US DAILY" many people don't know that our injuries hurt more then just us. It effects all around us in some way.!
GOD BLESS! PEACE!
