High Blood Pressure

[size=1]son is having a day with high blood pressure. wonder what are some tips to help lower it? :H2kOther (26):

Look at his diet and see if he is getting to much salt, regular table salt is poison and is in all processed foods especially fast food, use sea salt and stay away from MSG. Some times a reaction to medications or food can trigger it as can an allergy. Not getting enough magnesium will do it. Not getting enough EFA's can as well. Artificial sweetener's can too. Hope this helps.....................

If this high pressure is unusual for him, check for other symptoms of AD. If it has been borderline for some time look to the reasons above. Stress can also cause abberations(sp?) in pressure.

Hopefully, K will come in on this one. She seems to be able to illuminate more than many on problems like this.
