Hi,
I am new on here my partner is on here also as he is the one with the injury he is t3/t4 we dont live together but spend most of our time together we knew each other before he had his accident but didnt get together till after he came out of the hospital.
We will have been together two years at the end of this year and we have never been happier. While life can be trying and hard sometimes for me and more so for him i would never change it.
I know he will read this when he sees it on so just so he knows i love him very much and always unconditionally.
Am glad to be on here and have the chance to talk to others who know exactly what goes on look forward to talking to everyone

Hi Jenny,
Good to meet you. Sounds like you and your partner are all loved up and yet at the same time, down to earth about his injury and its effects. I am the one with the disability in our house. I have EDS - dislocate multiple joints, multiple times daily, and unfortunately this, together with an accident and a few other factors, led to my paralysis ( see my too long to get into now 'story' here: http://www.apparelyzed.com/forums/index.ph...ost&p=43861
We have 2 young kidlets who are absolutely fabulous, in my non biased, lol, opinion. Hubby and I have been together forever. In the beginning the only issues I had was that I had a history of injuring myself easily and my hips popped in bed ( we later found that they were subluxating, with the odd dislocation even then. Now they dislocate all day.). I am a registered RN with a specialism in cardiology and a few other things. I miss working in the acute setting, very much. I love it here on Apparelyzed, and the posters here are knowledgeable, supportive and humourous.
I am wondering who your partner is now! It definitely sounds like you are happy..
Good to meet you, anyway,
see ya around,
Take care,
K
