I have met SO many people who have never heard of Dining With Dignity. Every time I meet someone who hasn't seen them, I just get all giddy and have to show them. My fiance has used them to eat with since he was in the hospital.

It is a fork, spoon, and butter knife that have two rings on them. My fiance [c5-c6] puts one ring on his thumb, and the other on his pointer finger. They are adjustable, and have made his life so much easier. So if there are any quads out there who are having difficulties feeding themselves, you have to check them out. They are rather expensive, but all you need is one set really.
