Having it checked out sounds like good sense to me, too.

I echo the advice from the others.
Also wanted to share my train of thought:..., My EDs is so severe that it causes documented spinal slippage (vertebral, one or 10 of which led after injury to paralysis) due to the faulty connective tissue, and whilst obviously, I am not suggesting this is the case, the hormones of pregnancy could be causing some tendon and muscle laxity in your pelvis and back causing similar pain and inhibited movement.
If you can bring yourself to do so, go to the drs, if not then at least ask for the midwife to send you to Obstetric PT. You will probably need to book in now to be seen by the last trimester! (seriously, before we knew what was going on with me, my pelvic symphysis pubis separation ( I actually did have) was deemed to be the culprit, I was referred to PT at 10 weeks and my appointment was a looonnggggg wait. If you ring and convey your situation and the fact you have a sci, they should be getting you in pronto. In the absence of injury etc, they will probably see you before a GP does, but they may well ask for an OB's opinion, too.
HTH
Take care,
K
