Hi there everyone.

After 15 yrs of being paralised and little excersise, I really could do with loosing sum weight and generally getting healthy, Ive started my healthy eating which is one thing, but really need to get out there and burn the excess calories, so what im saying is, Im really intrested in meeting others who mayb wanna get together and play sum kinda sport, errr tennis or badminton, Im not a competitive person at all really so it wud just b for fun, if anyones intrested or knows of any clubs, in Shropshire or the West Midlands , that wud b gr8.

Man..if you could afford a weekly flight to Atlanta, Georgia, I would LOVE to be your workout partner.

I've started playing tennis and am trying to find a handcycle..but I still can't get my heart rate to go up any..haha
