Hi, first off forgive me as I am new to this website and I'm not familiar with the different terms one may use regarding this condition. My husband is a recent T11/T12 paraplegic (1 month or so ago) due to cancer in his spine. He also has cancer in one shoulder and cancer in many other vertebrae of his spine. Due to severe pain movement is an issue. I am trying to find velcro sided pants (all the way up and down the leg) but with no luck. I can't find any locally (WI, USA) and haven't found any online. Does anyone know where I might find them? I noticed others talked about Rolli Moden, but I see that is German? which I don't understandand. We've tried snap pants but the snaps started to rip. Thank you kindly.

I alter clothing for a friends kid who has brittle bone disease. He seems to always have something broken! He's 15 years old and likes *normal* clothes! It cost about £2 a time in materials (Velcro and thread) to do his trousers. You could find a Taylor and ask how much it might to be to do the same. Or if you know someone thats got a sewing machine, its a very easy job to do :) if you would like any instructions please feel free to ask :)
