Hi,
C5-6 quad here looking for more independence or privacy for going no. 2. I have been putting off trips and travel with friends because of this. I mean, I have great friends but I dont want them to have to insert a suppository or clean me up after going to the bathroom. I can handle them helping with dressing and stuff but need help independenceising (not a real word) my #2 rutine.

I know there are different hand cuffs people use, but does anyone have any ideas. Do oral laxatives work too? Any tools anyone uses that can be of help and where to check them out?

Thanks!

There are adaptive devices for inserting the suppository and another one for dilitation. If you use a disposable pad underneath, it will catch most of the #2. I guess it all depends on the extent of your mobility. Email me if you need to know how to get the devices. Stool softeners should be used routinely. You will have to dilly no matter what. Aside from your pride for independence, if you have a chance to go with your friends.... Go for it!!!! Enjoy yourself. Your friends are your friends, and most will do whatever they can to help. Take a CHANCE. Just live. Good Luck

Having 2 torn rotator cuffs I used an inserter in the beginning. Try this site. I buy alot of stuff here and I think they should have something. I just checked and they have several options.
