Hi all!!

I had a cerbral spinal fluid leak last week and was forced to lie flat for the whole time. The headaches were UNBEARABLE!!! :yikes: :help: I was just wondering if anyone else on this forum has experienced a leak or if it's unique to me due to my other conditions. If u did have one, how long did it take u to heal? Thanks...E
Take care and God bless... Em

Hi Emily

I had a CSF leak about 10 years ago, it was horrendous, I had awful headaches, felt sick and had to keep my head down. They decided mine was a spontaeous leak, but hopefully I'll never have one again.

Hope you feel better soon

Thanks, Jules for the info, I'm doing better then I was, the headaches aren't as extreme. It just hurts now. I can deal with THISpain b/c I'm used to it...Did the docs ever know why you leaked spontaeously? So did I, I think it's my brain stem issuses and EDS. Take care!! Em :(
