I am thinking of training my own service dog, seeing as they dont take any formal certification to be allowed everywhere in public. I have a big, strong GSD/Greatdane mix that is already basic command trained. But I havent ever met anyone who has ever trained there own and was wondering if anybody else had trained one for themselves. Will elaborate more later, but this damn long arm cast is gettin in my way!
I parade around proud and tall, and yet I still feel the need to hide that I cant, nor will I ever, WALK.
