are there any others out there?
do you find when people get past it they realy enjoy hanging out with a bloke for a change?
any body thought they would never have a male carer and later changed their mind?
who takes their female carers fishing or working on their cars just doing bloke stuff ?

No offence to you, but the male carer's I've encountered don't do things around the house with as much effort as alot of female carers, and none of them knew how to cook! (Everything they put in the microwave was magically supposed to be done in 2min.)

So, if your looking for a male to do guy things, I would hope that he can, first and foremost, do regular housekeeping too!

Hey Steve,
No one's going to turn down homemade pizza!!

But, since I'm falling for my lady caregiver, I'd still have to say. . . couldn't do that with a bloke, either!

Cheers!

Given that care is a nurturing situation, I personally don't care to be nurtured by a male. It doesn't feel right. But that's just me. And besides, blokes don't have hooters!

When it comes to cars and fishing there are such things like male friends, for example.

Steve,

As a quad I have had male helpers and most were pretty good. I had some lady helpers who cleaned less then the guys and were much lazier too. Today my wife says no way. She sleeps nude and wont change. Your loss, my huge gain.

But, guys can be just as good of helpers.
