I believe fish oil is supposed to help lubricate the joints more. I have pain in my right hand, when I get on the computer and type, it pretty much goes half numb and half killing me after about 5 minutes. Had the test for carpal tunnel done and that isn't it. i haven't found anything so far for the pain in my hands.

Go to a health food store or on line and get BOIRON Arnicare Pain Relief gel the active ingredient is arnica montana. I also make my own extract with alcohol. This stuff works slow and will take a week or so to really notice. The good thing about this stuff is it repairs the damage.

Glucosamine sulphate can work wonders on joints, it's available from health food shops, chemists and on presciption (in the UK)

Fish oil's also worth a try, cod liver oil etc. It's cheap as well!

That's what I take for aching shoulders, and it has really helped.

I tried fish oil, but that didn't do anything for me.

This stuff did wonders for me before my SCI as I have bilateral hip dysplasia. I also started taking one Aleve each day when they took Vioxx off the market.
