Unfortunately I'm going to have to resort to this. But I do have some feeling so I'm looking something thinner. I usually can make it to the bathroom but lately I've had some small accidents (both #1 and #2) on the way. So thin and comfortable is what I'm looking for. When I look online, there are soooo many! Any advice?

Though I'm a girl and I wear diapers 24/7, I might be able to answer your question. Depends might work for you. They can be bought in any local drug store or grocery store.

Although Depends aren't exactly THIN, they worked for me too, until I found the right bladder spasm med's for my problem. Sorry I can't recommend anything thinner. Just make sure the Depends are slip-on's and NOT tab-adjustable. The tabs are a pain in the a@@!!

If your accidents are small amounts, you may want to consider something like Poise pads. You can get them for male or female. They're more comfortable that diapers, IMHO.

Depends also makes a pull-up type diaper that might work for you.

The new depends male guards are longer and reach all the needed areas without being a full diaper. Of course they only work if your wearing underweare. I don't use them because their legnth makes them hard to change while not laying down. But maybe they will do well by you. Definately easier than changeing a full size diaper.
