April 22, 2007. The day that changed EVERYTHING.

I can't believe a year has already passed. In a way it seems like I was walking around just yesterday..but if I think back to all the depressed and difficult times I went through, it was the longest year from hell.

I've been counting down to this day for quite a while... wondering how I would feel about the one year mark. But so far..it's just like any other day.

My dad woke me up at 6:30 to go play tennis... had a good workout...

Very good day.

This past year was total hell for me. But something tells me this next year is going to pretty good.

I have a test in organic chemistry today so have to spend most of the day cramming for it..but I think my brother and some friends are going to take me to a strip club later on tonight. First time. Haha. We're going to celebrate the sh*t out of this day! No use bumming around, right?

Hi Yong!

Congragtulations are in order...which seems like quite the oxymoron doesn't it? Congratulations under the circumstances?

I just passed my 4th anniversary and looking back at the road that I've traveled I'm so thankful that I've found a new path. I was at Depression Road and Denial Lane and I finally found my way to a Happy Path.

Sounds like you are on a like path, playing tennis and studying for a challenging career.

Best of luck with everything that you tackle in the future!

Congratulations on your one year anniversary and mostly on your progress. What a joy it is to get a message such as yours. Attitude is everything.

So the day has passed. I decided not to go take my exam because I thought..shoot... I don't need to be studying at this moment!

Haha.

Also, the professor was nice enough to drop one of our lowest test grades so there we go~

My brother and I bought a car yesterday as well..so I spent most of the afternoon just looking at it and figuring out things to work on.

Later on, we got together with the closest of our friends and had a 'birthday' party. With cake and everything.

Good times good times.

Even today...as soon as I woke up, I went outside to BONDO the dings on the car. It's so good to have something to keep you occupied.

Thanks everyone for your messages of encouragement!

Glad your day was fun filled & not too depressing. That's great of your friends to throw you a party, was the cake in the shape of a wheelchair? Hee hee. I loved in college when my professors would do the same thing - drop a low test score, or if you liked your grade in the class you didn't have to take the final.

Anyway, I'm glad your anniversary was a good one. Hope the car fixing goes well - you're definitely going to have to post pictures here of the progress. :mfrlol:
