Anyone Familiar With The Sure Grip Hand Controls?

I'm getting new hand controls after 20 years with the old ones, and I was just wondering if any of you have used Sure Grip hand controls. I've heard good things about them, but I wanted to get some opinions from you guys as well. I would appreciate any information you can give, such as pros and cons of having them. Thanks. :D
