The company that makes them is about 25 miles from my house......
I've always been able to repair my own, unless it's the valve stem.....
Regular small bicycle inner-tube patches work great for pin holes.....

A repair kit usually comes with a new cushion, along with a hand-pump for inflation. They'll also send out free repair kits, too. The patches come in various sizes and are self-stick.
My wife is my resident repair person. If I notice a leak, she over-inflates the cushion, holds it under the water in a laundry or bathtub to find the leak, marks it, then dries the cushion and applies the patch. This works fine for small leaks. If you have a bigger gash, you may have to return it for a factory repair. They usually provide a loaner cushion. In my experience, with shipping time, that can be about two weeks.
Don't know how that works across the pond.

I knew about the regular bike patches. But it was hopeful to see it again seeing as to I don't have insurance but I do have one of those airCushions for my wheelchair so I can definitely Repair itOnmy own if something happens
I live my life with pride because it's hard to swallow.
