Has anyone tried Continuous Positive Air Pressure? It's a device that you wear while sleeping, and is usually prescribed for sleep apnea, although the research is finding that it's also useful for anxiety/depression. If anyone has used it, could I get some feedback on how it worked out? Thanks.

its a form of non invasive ventilation. it basicaly helps you breath when you inflate because it forces air into your lungs and when you exhale it prevents your airways from collapsing and acumulate secretions. because AB, when they put all their air out, they still have 0,5l of air remaining in the lungs and they can easily take a deep breath to open the airways. but we cant, and especially during the night when we are breathing very superficially we can acumulate secretions easily.

and when you get used to the bipap, you can sleep normally
