I am a para of 20 years standing. Paralysed from hips down due to an accident.
Fortunately, I was able to return to my job as an anaesthetist in a UK hospital. I am interested to know the following as I was recently asked the undernoted questions in an NHS survey:-

1. Are you para or quad and what level.
2. Are you UK or abroad.
3. Do you work?
4. How does work "accept" you if that is correct word.
5. What is your occupation?
6. If you do not work, what do you do to pass your time.

Thanks for taking time to answer these.
