It sounds like an internet translator has been used! Babel fish et al is not usually that great and can't be relied upon. Saying that, my native tongues is english and that cannot always be relied upon either!
Reading between the lines and with ALOT of poetic licence i think that......"T9,10,11 injury, possibly decompressed but still has problems with bowel and bladder contol, and foot drop???? probably incomplete ?sensory and motor injury however still not sure what the question is.
Maher, pease tell us where you are from, as english is not your first language please tell us what is, there may be someone who can translate properly for you or give you the answer you need

Maher has this post in another thread (almost the same thing):
I have a slide cartilage in paragraph 9 10 11 Anbills resulted in spinal cord led to a lack of control over the anus and not feeling in the same region as well as lack of a sense of the penis and also fall in the left foot
And conducted surgery to ease the pressure on the spinal cord for 40 days and now I have the same problem
And 30 years old
Please help

I'm wondering if "slide cartilage" is slipped disk? Anyway, it seems to be a reoccurring issue and Maher is asking for advise on how to prevent it from happening again. At least, that's my guess.
