It's that time of year for the Dallas Extravaganza put on by Turning Point, a non profit org. here in Dallas, Texas. If you live any where close by I would try to attend it, It is well worth it and the guys that put it together over at Turning Point are great. I think this is like the 18th year that they have held this event in Dallas. I'll be there all day on Sat. can't wait to try the zip line.

Join Turning Point in celebrating your choices in adapted outdoor activities. On Saturday, June 7, Turning Point will offer a day to try over 20 activities such as water skiing, scuba, climbing wall, archery, kayaking, sailing, catfish tank, jet skiing, remote control cars, etc. Two new activities this year are horseback riding and a zip line.This event will take place at Bachman Recreation Center from 9:00AM - 3:00PM. There is no charge for the physically challenged participant. Receive a ticket per participated activity to win over $10,000 in prizes.
