Hi Penny,

What medication is he on if any?

Itching can be a side effect.

If he isn't on any medication, ask the doctors to prescribe him some Piriton or Benadryl, which are both Antihistamines.

Does he have any signs of Autonomic Dysreflexia?

This can sometimes open up the skin pores around the neck and face and cause itching, usually just before his bladder empties.

Regards

Simon
