My dear hubby has been trying desperately to get his cartoons syndicated. You see, he draws cartoons (mostly one panel, much like the far side - his website is in my signature - please check it out!). Every month he sends out a packet of his cartoons to syndicates in hopes of getting picked up in a newspaper. Well, we decided to give our local college (Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo) and their newspaper (the Mustang Daily) a chance at running his cartoons. We thought he'd have a good shot being an alum. They accepted his cartoons! He's not getting paid the "big bucks" or anything for this, but at least it's a step in the right direction.

thats great, i'm an artist also, its so hard to get paid what its actually worth, tell him keep up the good work...........

Very impressive. I'm going to try drawing with my shoulder, 'cause using my hand hasn't worked out so good. :)

I like the Iron-y one. I think all husbands can relate to that one.
