The last few days I've had very sore heels when I walk to the point where it's very painful to walk without shoes or slippers on. I mean, it's painful to walk anyway, but this is really painful. Any ideas as to what it might be, or what to do about it?

Just wear your shoes or slippers! :P

On a more serious note, could well be faciitus. Time to put those stilettos away and get some sensible footware! :)

My PT thinks it's either the beginnings of pressure sores or the return of sensory function. I just have to keep an eye on them in case they turn red (or white). I guess as long as they don't, there's nothing to worry about.
