I get very bloated pretty much everyday. For some reason I dont pass gas, so it builds until its unbearable. Gas pills dont work..and my bowel program is fine. What can I do?!

Sounds like something you eat. Do you eat alot of dairy (milk and cheese) products? This tends to be a digestion droblem when adults get older. I used to have Irritable Bowel Symdrome (IBS) with dairy items, especially MILK.

I went to Soy Milk and cut down on cheeses . . . that did the trick!

You may need to see an allergist to narrow what food products trigger your gas.

Even I suffer from gas sometimes. Eating bananas helps a lot. Dont overdo it. Just eat a couple a day and it will 'propel' your stools forward. That will release the gas.

Good luck!
