Oh no, nothing like that. It's not that serious--not really serious at all, just a minor boo boo that will go away!

OMG! Anytime a dude says he bought a ring, girls automatically assume one thing. The way I got engaged was kinda funny. He bought the ring but didn't actually propose. It was Christmas morning, and here I am getting this diamond ring from him and I was a little confused because he didn't do the whole "Will you marry me?" proposal or anything. So I finally was like, 'Ummm, what kind of ring is this?' and he goes 'An engagement ring' and gets all freaked out. He just put it on my finger and then we got married in Vegas. We had basically already considered ourselves married before that since we'd been together about 10 years and had been living together for ages.

Amazon uk are advertizing 50% off hair dryers.

That is pretty near the top of the boring scale but then I haven't got much to dry :blushing02:

Hey GB, you could invest in one of their wigs, then you could save the 50% on a hairdryer. You know what they say, you have to spend money to save money......at least thats what i tell the wife! :mfrlol:

I'm jealous. I hate Toronto. The weather is beautiful today here as well though. I'm meeting a friend for dinner and she and I can't decide on where to go. We're bored of all the restaurants we normally go to.

Never mind. Within a few weeks the Swifts will be back in the tower of Oxford's Museum of Natural History. As soon as you hear them screaming round the town you'll know summer has returned. Won't be long. :yikes:

I should take another trip to England sometime in the near future. I haven't been in years and then I was only in London--didn't see the countryside. Though I've always had this little dream of buying an old house in the English countryside. I'm gravitating now more towards moving out of the city and into someplace where it's much more peaceful. The city is feeling so clausterphobic.
