Had to google Scrumpy Jack as I had never heard of it. Not much of a cider drinker.

As far as I know, Fray Bentos is imported to the UK from Argentina so getting it from that shop would make it a pretty well travelled tin.

Some people consider that eviscerated, mashed up pilchards on toast are a delicacy. To me it is just an unappetising mess. If you can force yourself to put it in your mouth, the taste is actually not too bad. But I wouldn't like to live on it.
