The police removed some very interesting things from a house at the bottom of my street, so I can't tell you what they were.

Having two shit fans means the shit has hit the fan on the shit fan front.

The house had more than one fan and lots of shit.

Yeah, unfortunately he was out.

Couldn't get on with the reacher I had [generalised mobility store type thing] ... and then small members of the family destroyed it (but it kept them quiet for so long!!).

My itunes has spazzed out and decided that it can't "find" half of the files. I am now in the process of restoring my library from back up discs but it is gonna take a looooong time. It seems that any music I have downloaded is fine where as any music I have put on it from cd is missing. It was fine before, I have no idea what happened, I hope restoring it fixes it and it never happens again!

Did you run Disk Tools, and repair Permissions?

Also ....

Have you checked your iTunes Music folder to see if the files are still on your hard disk?

On Friday, I did'nt feel all that well. I felt a bit :D and shivery and generally  , so I thought I would :suicide: upstairs and lie down for a bit. After an hour or so, I got up to go to the :dancegirl: After standing for a few minutes, I felt really, really :head_brick_wall-1: , and then felt dizzy, light-headed and stuff, and then woke up looking at the ceiling with the wife on the phone to the ambulance people. Apparently she had heard a loud crash as my head :head_brick_wall-1: the tiled floor when I fell. Cos I can sort of stand and walk I've got further to fall you see. Anyway, a quick :head_brick_wall-1: to A+E in an ambulance (again! PS his driving was crap, had to keep telling him I had a broken back) and a night in hospital with some domestos (doc's words) through me, and I felt a lot better. Oh and don't worry, I did'nt even break any tiles!

Glad the bathroom made it okay! You had me worried there.

Hope it was nothing serious.

Don't worry Clara, the bathroom is definitely ok, I came off worse. There was even a bit of blood from the back of my head, and a big golf ball sized lump!! Turns out it was a uti. Oh well, must drink more. Feel a bit better now, thanks to some (more) antibiotics.

Got a fresh, steaming cup of joe. Added my little yummy creamer, got nestled in my chair. Pulled the computer up to me, and it happened.. I spilled the entire cup of STEAMING hot coffee in my lap!!!!

I grabbed the blanket near me and started soaking up the coffee, yelled for my mom.. and told her to pull my pants off.. (good times)

Spent last ten minutes switching out cool towels, soaking up the heat.. My legs, and lower torso are super red.. Just lathered on about an inch worth of the infamous blue cooling gel.

All seems well, hoping I dont blister or start to spasm.

Oh shit. Put some aloe vera on there. The all-natural pure stuff if you can get your hands on this. Try a health-food store or an actual aloe vera plant (cut open one of the leaves). I used to have a big aloe plant and it worked wonders on burns. I've dumped hot coffee and tea in my lap several times over the last 11 years and odds are that I will do it many more times considering the large amount of coffee I drink. Be supercareful about taking care of it, keep it clean, etc. Poor Ches!! :) BTW, did you try texting me again?

Couldn't find them anywhere on my hard disk :) thankfully I did back my library up when I changed computers however I now have 2 copies of every song in my library but only one copy works so I think an afternoon manually deleting songs that won't play is in order. Should take long, there is only 1372 of them!!!!

Where does one find Disk Tools???!

Applications>Utilities>Disk Utility

Odd that you now have two copies of every song. Go to Music>iTunes>iTunes Music

In iTunes Music will be all your music, see if the old music files are still there, and see if the mp3 files will play. If they do, they just needed adding to your library again, not downloading again!

You can view all duplicate songs within iTunes by going to the menu: File: Show Duplicates. Then sort by song name.
