Yeah, he's a good dude. And he was definitely concerned about safety first. He kept checking on the little foot straps as we were riding every time we were at a stop light, went easy at first and then zoom zoom we were flying, zipping between cars, all kinds of fun stuff. I'm actually impressed with what he came up with. He put some thought into it over the last few weeks! He made this pulley system type of thing out of the velcro that in case of an emergency AKA crash landing, I would just pull on the long piece that was sitting on my lap (hard to describe) and it would release the velcro straps around my feet. Quite ingenious, really. It was definitely amazing and I was holding on so tight to him--literally like a monkey on his back--that at one point, he said he couldn't breathe haha. I trusted him to keep me totally safe otherwise I wouldn't have gotten on with him. Getting on and off the bike was a little dicey because it was just the two of us. If we had someone around to help stabilize the bike while he lifted me up onto it, it would have been waaaaaay easier. Now I wanna ride every day! I think I looked pretty badass in the fullface skull-flames-etc helmet and one of those racing jacket thingies (WAY too big for me!) that he made me wear. Oh, and the gloves. Had the gloves on too.

Now, dusty keyboards............ that's an appropriately boring topic. Keep up the boredom Nomis!
On second thought, boredom has it's place and should continue to be discussed. How about starting a thread titled "The Incredibly Interesting Thread".

Now, starting a thread that's exclusive to INTERESTING only topics may very well KILL the ever popular BORING THREAD. I'm not so sure I'm ready to admit my life is all that exciting just yet. Even on a good day, I'm pretty sure that most high rollers would find my daily goings on rather dull . . . . . mediocre at best.
Now, off to eating a turkey & avocado sandwich. MMMMmmmmmmm

I'm never quite sure if I like avocado or not. I think it's the consistency that worries me, to a bit to..err..snotty.
I definitely don't like it warm inside a panini
I do very much like guacamole

I find that avocados are very hit and miss. Sometimes you get one that just doesn't taste quite right, maybe like it's about to go rotten or something. But a perfectly ripe fresh avocado? Delicious. I don't like them warm either. I like them in salads. My, aren't we thrilling.
