I'm excited! I'm going to the scuba dive center later today and figuring out a 1-on-1 course for me to take to get my beginner's diver certification. Then I want to get the Open Water cert... and then my Wreck Diving cert.... :yahoo: The guy said they have trained a couple paras before which is awesome. There are even ship wrecks in/near Ontario (in the Great Lakes) that would be cool to dive in. Yay! Eventually I want to go dive the Great Barrier Reef and do tropical places, go down to the Keys, etc. Some of the pictures I have seen of people's dives with the marine life are just extraordinary.

Where was I? I've been with myself all along. Never missing for a moment. Myself wasn't here, though, I was over there.

Everything Scribs writes is the absolute truth. I've no intention of trying to read what he says but I know he wouldn't write anything unless it was all true. To summarise, I believe he is saying that Trinity was right, the only proper way to eat pancakes is with a sprinkle of sugar and drizzle of lemon.

Maple syrup is more correctly smeared over the nude body of a beautiful maiden and licked off by an appreciative person such as myself.

Thank you kind sir for clearing up your absence issue :toast:
I'm still somewhat confused tho, is that granulated or powdered sugar :yahoo:
As for the maple syrup application, I'll ask my lady if she is interested, however I will not be posting her answer

:) Did it take you all day to think of that one, Scribs?

Yikes. I'd like to avoid the bends. Actually, I'm so excited because I'm starting the course next week! First the instructor is taking me into their pool (they have a "tropical pool" on site) next Tues to see what happens when all the gear gets put on me, how my body reacts, etc., and then if everything goes okay, I'll take all the "classroom" materials home and get in the pool twice next week, 3 hours a pop, to learn all the skills I need. Then, for my Open Water certifcation thing, I have to do four open water dives (which can be done in a weekend) and he said he would go with me and all that. I can't wait!!!!! Tonight at the gym, I swam laps in the pool with a one of those floatation waist belt thingies because one of the requirements is to be able to swim 400m. So I swam 400m three times and I'm pretty exhausted. I'll need to do it without the floaty waist belt though for diving so later this week, I'll give that a go and see if I can make it. We'll see!

I’m still waiting for the important update on how FatDaves pie baking went & what type of pie it was :)
To much information missed out on his last post,
did it require custard, cream, or potato’s & gravy to finish the dish?
So many questions still need answering…

Yeah, I know you guys are used to it but I'm not! I'm used to hot humid summers with the temperature being above 30 C and the humidity making it feel more like 40 C. Actually, bad humidity makes me feel like crap and my feet/ankles swell like balloons so maybe I shouldn't complain....

Well TO,
sounds like your finally back on topic.

My watch is accurate time wise. But just recntly the second hand moves every 4-8 seconds all at once, instead of every second, like it should. I can't complain though because it's still in perfect time. It's just really strange to watch the watch run.

Hay q,
How about getting a blue M&M suck it a bit to get it wet then smear it over the watch, it may fix it :wink05: No hang on that isn't right :drooldrip:
I think I'm getting my threads crossed.

It's clear that the members are agreed that for Trinity’s to eat the Chocolate Ginger biscuits is really an excellent plan. But in view of some of the doubts being expressed, may I propose that I recall that after careful consideration, the considered view of the members was that, while they considered that the biscuits met with broad approval in principle, that some of the principles were sufficiently fundamental in principle, and some of the considerations so complex and finely balanced in practice that in principle it was proposed that the sensible and prudent practice would be to submit the Chocolate Ginger biscuits for more detailed consideration, laying stress on the essential continuity of the Chocolate Ginger biscuits with existing principles, the principle of the principal arguments which the biscuits proposes and propounds for their approval in principle.
