You'll have to forgive an old man Bouncer and Jerry.... I'm getting my Do's, Diddy's and Wah's all mixed up, not to mention my Dum's... :mfrlol:

Just some useless info Jerry & Bouncer... Paul Jones is still singing with the Manfreds and is at my local theatre soon. He also sings in a group called the Blues Band, which is also on at my local Theatre....

That is quite cool!

We had another few inches (of snow) last night, nothing special just enough for me to consider knocking on the neighbours door and dragging their children away from the television for some emergency snow man making. I can't believe no one has built one on the green yet.

The police it seems are having a wonderful time in the snow - looking for houses growing illegal plants as the snow melts more quickly on their roofs.

I know the weather is awfully inconvenient but am I the only one whose actually enjoying having seasons? Rather than the same miserable dampness that welcomes spring to summer to autumn to winter?

Hey Pat - that's a GREAT photo. So much snow.

How do all you guys who live in snowy wilds deal with being in a chair, or do you a) leave your snow mobile at the bottom of the ramp or :cold: just make like a bear and hibernate?

Yeah Carol,
And they try disguise it by saying, "this is not a sales call. [yeah right] I was wondering if I could take a few minutes of your time to conduct a financial survey . . . blah blah"

At that point I respond, "nope", and simply hang up. And I'm on that No Call's list for telemarketers. What a bunch of fooey!!

Don't try the old sympathy trick on everyone Clara... :nono:

You know you had a very interesting tele-sales guy phone this afternoon, asking how much your laces cost..

But I like playing the old sympathy trick. It's so cold and lonely in this Thomas The Tank Engine blanket with nothing but the BBC website to entertain me. I need someone to come and cuddle up next to me (if they can get over the engine bits)

Though the copious emails I receive from my boyfriends are very enjoyable.

Good news - I've sold a pair of laces!! Only 600 and many others to go (perks of my uncle owning a shoe shop that is somewhat over strained in the storage area). I'm so excited I could wet myself... hang on.

Oh the glamour of e-retailing: listed first 2 lines in new range of trousers today. And just sitting waiting for my web designer to upload the changes so that the whole pricing thing looks better: damned VAT and bureaucracy! Still at least we get it off.

Everyone is walking across the fields in front of the house playing in the snow... Bas  rds!!

Yes Clara, where has everyone gone?....

Has there been some apocalyptic disaster? :wink05: Are we the only 2 people left? :nono:

Do we have to re-populate the site?.. :muahaha:

First the great Nomis disappears.... Then msg has faded away, along with my Essex friend......
Trinity hasn't been seen for ages... Ches rarely posts.. What's going on?... :P

As long as everyone is well, then that's ok, but I miss the old Team on here.
It seems a bit lonely when one logs on, only to discover 1 or 2 have posted things. :(

I cant even count snowflakes, as its not snowing...... I'll send some Morse Code to establish if there's still life on Earth.. :help:
