BTW, my local bike shop put air in my tires, added and tightened up a few spokes and balanced my rims, guess what's next...

Don't worry about me though, because I'm still gaining weight from chocolate chip cookies and rum cake. So much for New Year's resolutions!

Anyway - I'm trying to be really good and not reach for the biscuit jar... so far today instead of reaching for the biscuit jar I've had
- a punnet of plums
- six apples
- three bananas
- four yoghurt's
- A pepper (by this time I had run out of fruit)
- Attempted to eat the chilli but had to give up and drink two pints of milk. Should have saved the yoghurt really.
NOW can I have the chocolate biscuit and not feel guilty?

Must be all that gooey chocolatey goodness wrapped up in a medium brown buttery-flour-ey mound of salivating goodness.
But, keep up the good work Clara! Someones got to keep the world in balance by eating the vegetables.

It is one hell of a bruise.
It was also the door for the Saint John Ambulance building and I had just spent a day in a room filled with (tables / chairs...) 60 first aiders.
Only one of the gits asked if I was okay.
I can't get comfortable!!
(Don't worry Scribs, it'll have healed by Sunday xx )

Yes, I don't think it's that helpful though, if he doesn't actually tell you on the notes WHAT he knows. Still, change the locks and we might find out on the next load of bricks. Otherwise it'll end up being like "I know What You Did Last Summer".....

Clara,
It's Sunday, I hope everything is healed. If not, I hope Scribs is making it all better.
