Clara. My fingers ache from that long massage I did on your back. Does it feel any better? :)

Hey! Have you been looking at my bum? :)

I confess I've occasionally been called rather worse names than Peachy Cheeks. :)

But as I tend to let the beard grow and then shave it off again after a few months, I expect Simon would soon get even more fed up with me :) if repeatedly requested changes to my username.

It must be bored stiff! :)

(Thinks!!!...... Maybe I'll get my vehicle cleaned on Sunday??.... :) )

You'll have to take a better photograph for me!!

I kept a very straight back and neck cleaning the cars - mostly because my fingers were freezing and I didn't dare let my shirt become untucked.

You want to try bored,,,, try 9 days with no power,,, no water (well),,, heating with a wood stove,,, light from the only two working oil lamps we own. Plus we were snowed in the first five days with 20 inches of snow.

One heck of a week and a half. But it's back on now,, and I finally got to take a shower,, and if you think I'm glad you should talk to my wife. She had to put up with my bad mood AND my smell.

Sounds so fun Ed, your power outage def seems it was way more boring then ours.

Two loud snaps and a pop, the aroma of burnt wiring and my bedroom/dining room went dark on Thursday night, lived with extension cord power thru Saturday. My wallet is 2K lighter tho, it was a wire break somewhere deep in a wall. Instead of destroying interior walls to find it, the electricians found the lead dead plug, rerouted the wiring from our main box, added some conduit along the outside wall, bypassing the break, restoring power and gave us a new outside plug we really didn't need, but wtf right...I got to watch the Daytona 500.

Sometimes owning your place is a pain in the arse/wallet. Hope my explanation was boring enough fer yall...

Scribs has healing hands. I've not had any spasms since I met him on Sunday AND sensation levels in my legs are fantastic (aka I can feel the cold bed sheets). Were it not for the fact that I fell out of bed this morning trying to get up I'd be proclaiming it a miracle!

But then I'm easily excited.

Have a really nice day everyone.

That's a bummer Scribs, but there's an awful lot of it about. Happened to me just a short while back too - credit card and chequeing account. Basically the banks' security systems stink.

Fortunately my PIN wasn't used at any stage so the loss from my chequeing account was made good within a week. The credit card took a little longer.

Good luck.

B4stards! It's the reason I quickly check my accounts online each day. Hope you get it sorted quickly, Scribs.

Meanwhile, on with the boring thread - because that crime report was actually quite racy - I'm glad I took the dogs out after lunch because it's now snowing AGAIN.... :soapbox:

In the spirit of supporting our troops, maybe you could send the letters on to our boys at the front after you've read them, if CT just uses your Pet Name as usual?
