Protocol? Depends... do you want 4,000 of your closest friends to destroy the place? Facebook party invitation definitely the way forward.
Don't forget to add vodka to the jelly for sh1ts and giggles! And if it's pirates you want, I hear Somalia is nice this time of year...

Am surprised you aren't doing what so many women do (ready for the abuse back...) and trade treats for favours, so to speak... Put your boyfriend to work! Or maybe it's on account of your young age, you haven't had a chance to work it all out yet...!?!?!

* wets self from laughing*

Oh I have my chaps trained be that at work / social but unfortunately non of them are any good at cleaning! Unfortunately for the chaps the only treats they get are tea and biscuits or take away and cider.

Glad to hear it, SF,,, and the sunny weather is cool, too. We are just starting to warm up a little. Seems hard to believe we had 20 inches of snow on the ground two weeks ago. It's all melted now,, except for the huge piles they plowed it into in some of the parking lots.

You would think that,,, by now,, I'd know where to post things. But since this thread is about boring ourselves,, I thought "why not here???".

It's about my cat,,, one of the many that my wife has allowwed to share our home. About a month ago, Streubie had what the vet called a thrombosis. The long and the short of it is that he lost movement from his back hips, down.

I was really concerned with his future,,, not knowing much about feline bladder and bowel care,,, but the thought of putting him to sleep simply wasn't to be tolerated. ( Might give my wife ideas about me.)

As it turns out,, he seems to be incomplete,, in fact he is starting to walk instead of crawl. But even when all he could do was drag his arse around,, he still used the litter box. WHAT A CAT!!!

Did you know that cats can have drop foot, too? But he's learning to cope. an example for us all, I think.

Sounds like his days are numbered anyway. Pets are amazing. I miss my cat, but the wife won't stand for another. Guess we'll have to get a REAL replacement soon.

Clara, Boyfriend No 2 Is here waiting to comfort you; plus I've got spare AB's if you need them...

But I must confess I was cheating on you last night at the "Fantastic" Mercury Concert.... There was a pretty young lady in a wheelchair sat next to me. Her name was Amy, but I didn't give her my phone number; its just for you... :)

So long as your telephone number wasn't all that you didn't /give/ her.

I've spent today moving a tool box that involved two cars (one Volvo one Land Rover) as it was so huge! (I got the tools, my poor car has never been so weighed down) and putting the fire bars back in the steam roller (hopefully we'll have her in steam tomorrow!)

I am now off for a shower when the water warms up and then off to see boyfriend number ones family for the evening (birthday celebrations). Why do you always hide me when your family visits Scribs?

Could it be any more boring?
Yes. Yes it could and here it comes
I've got to loose weight. Or exercise more. Or something. When I stick my chest out they only just come level with my belly... nnooooooo!!!!

Which shall we visit together? Why not visit both of them together!! *insert big grin here*

I survived the evening / morning with the family. Spent all afternoon chopping up wood for the steam roller... alas no steaming it up today. Maybe next week.

And now... for a hot and soapy shower!
