I created a group for persons like myself who use assistive devices in the community. This group is to assist one another with access issues or compliments to allow people with disabilities to better plan excursions. I certainly invite anyone to join this and share their experiences good or bad. I do however certainly encourage comments on businesses or attractions who provide world class service to people with physical or developmental disabilities.

My determination is to eventually make a website as a first stop for those who want to take part in the community in confidence and use businesses or attractions that are "Abilities Approved".

This website is a way for those with spinal cord injuries to share experiences and advice. Any medical matters, treatments or alternative therapies discussed on this website should be thoroughly reviewed by a medical professional or therapist before being acted upon. Under no circumstances should you alter prescribed medication or a medical care plan without consulting your doctor or care plan supervisor first.
